A South Portland man has been charged with indecent exposure for allegedly pulling down his pants in front of customers at a business geared toward children.
Police say it happened Sunday afternoon at the Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant near the Maine Mall.
Customers chased the suspect out of the building, and police caught him in some nearby woods. 39-year-old Dana Maclean has been charged in the incident.
Police say Maclean smashed out a window in the police cruiser after he was placed under arrest.
Mclean was in court Monday afternoon. He entered no plea.
Mclean is charged with indecent exposure, assault, escape and criminal mischief. He's being held on $5,000 cash bail.
