LA HABRA, Calif. -- There's no constitutional right to get up-close and personal during a lap dance.

That's the gist of a ruling from a federal appeals court. The panel has refused the appeal of a Southern California strip club owner who wanted a local "2-foot rule" overturned.

The city of La Habra requires that lap dancers stay at least 2 feet away from customers during their performances.

Badi "Bill" Gammoh, who owns the Taboo Theater, contends the rule infringes on freedom of expression. The strippers said they also lost money because of the requirement.

A federal appeals court has refused to reconsider a January ruling that upheld the 2-foot rule. But Gammoh's lawyer said their fight isn't over yet.

If the strippers are alright with it, it should be overturned, and I'm sure they are, because you can't put a dollar in a vagina if it's two feet away from you.

Unless you fold it up like a paper airplane and have good aim.

What's the air speed velocity of a dollar bill airplane? It would have to get pretty up there to have the impact neccesary to either stick in the crevice, or stab skin hard enough to break and grab hold.

:light: Well, if it's a little gooey and you hit the crevice with the tip or an edge, it may stick there.

Strippers hardly get excited over the patrons of their establishments so the gooey factor would have to be secreted from the males themselves, and with the current two foot rule, not only would their tool need to be presented, but it would also require excellent aim to give the landing strip proper gooeyness potential, then require excellent aim with the airplane itself. This seems like a rather large commitment, and as we all know, guys have a problem with commitment.

there should be a counter attack rule
and it would go somthing like this

per order the 2 foot rule said dancer would dance at said 2 feet from patron..then said dancer would lay down on the floor on their back spread their legs and open their holes...then said patrons would fling dollar bill airplanes into said hookers i mean whores i mean dancers holes... lol

that 2 foot rule sounds so dumb....if the dancers want tips while she's giving a lap dance then they should allow it....then it wouldn't be called a lap dance if it's 2 feet away
