Guilderland - Guilderland police say they've got a murder on their hands after a woman's body was found partially burned outside of a home.
Police say they got a call around midnight on Friday morning, for a woman's body in the backyard of a home at 6 Zoar Avenue.
Police say they've been called to the home before in January, when one of the residents, Leslie Craig, told firemen he'd rigged the house with explosives, and wanted to kill his entire family.
Craig was treated at the Capital District Psychiatric Center and released, but was never arrested.
Residents in the neighborhood say they're scared.
Guilderland Police say they do have a suspect in custody, and are executing a search warrant of the house.
An autopsy was started on the woman's body on Friday morning, results are expected in the afternoon.
