The death penalty will stand for sniper mastermind, John Allen Muhammad. This morning, Virginia's Supreme Court affirmed the death penalty. Muhammad was convicted of capital murder in the sniper shootings that terrorized the Washington D.C. area two years ago. His lawyers argued that Muhammed couldn't be sentenced to death, because he wasn't the trigger man. Prosecutors claim, Muhammad was a master manipulator who molded his teen-age cohort, Lee Malvo, into a killer.
