APPLETON, Wis. -- An apparently drunk man picked the wrong place to tinkle. Appleton police arrested the man Friday afternoon after he reportedly relieved himself in front of the police department.

The 40-year-old was cited for public urination and jailed on a probation violation.

A preliminary breath test indicated a blood-alcohol level four times the legal limit, police said.

I had an alcoholic g/f once, #1.
I have to say that she knew what she was doing. She might not remember it in the morning, but at the time, she def. knew what she was doing.

Then again, she was an old alcoholic from way back, and could hold it well.
I don't know about this guy, or the general public.

A quick example:

We'd play rummy.

She'd get better the drunker she got.
I figured, she's weaving in the chair and drunk as all hell, she won't see me taking extra cards, etc. (cheating).

Oh, she did.

I don't think she remembered it in the morning, though.

assume.08 is the legal limit there. .32 is extremely intoxicated. .4 is basically dead. some people have to be hospitalized with less then .3 i know cause i had a friend once who it happened too. lol. i would say he was borderline knowing what he was doing or not.

I used to pee outside quite often while at college in Utica. The bathrooms in most of the bars weren't even fit for a guy to stand at.

Bill pee'd on a car in the watervliet price chopper parking lot once. got pulled over right after. He'll have to tell you the story, cause i wasnt around... I had already made it home when he got snagged.
